Smaller than I thought, but it's still perfect! July 18, 2015 Reviewer: Karem Clark from McKinney , TX United States   When we opened the box we were expecting it to be a little bigger,  but when we try it out,  it did the job perfectly.  I'm a woman  and my hands are small,  so it's nice that I can work my grip as much as my husband does with the same product.  The quality looks really nice and heavy duty.  I loved it!  The shipping was super fast,  we got our order I  three days!  Definitely buying again from this site!! Great Sacs July 2, 2015 Reviewer: HB   I ordered these because EliteFTS' Grenade Balls were sold out. These serve the same purpose for cheaper and come with carabiners to attach to chains or bands. They're very wrist joint-friendly when doing skullcrushers or curls, although I've also found them useful as handles for cable rows. A fantastic product and deal that arrived quickly.
