Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Handling

Our products are shipped through USPS or UPS. Shipping & Handling time is usually 2-3 weeks. Products that are in stock will be shipped within a few day from the time your order is processed. Shipping charges include delivery confirmation. Pick up Available(Please contact us for more information).

Racks, Rigs, Custom Orders and Large Orders have up to a 4-6 week turn around time. If you have a large order of 6+ items please contact us before ordering. A 50% deposit is required at the time of ordering and the balance is due upon shipping.

If you need an order sooner than the given ship date please contact us before you place the order.

Once your order ships a confirmation will be sent to the email provided by the customer. The email will provide the carrier in which the product was shipped along with a tracking number. You can also log into your account online to check the status of your order.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with an item, contact us before giving it too much abuse there will be a charge to have the item re handled and powder coated (Depends on items).

We guarantee our craftsmanship on all of our products so if something is wrong on our behalf, we will take care of it.

Returns

If an item is damaged during the shipping process contact us and we will arrange a return label. Once the item has been returned to us we will ship out a new product as soon as possible. Returns will be handled on a case by case basis if for other reasons than being damaged.


Our Story

Black Widow Training Gear was founded in October 2009 with a simple goal: to create durable, effective training equipment for athletes of all levels. Starting in a small shed on Long Island, New York, the company began by crafting sleds and prowler sleds made from galvanized tubing. Initially, these products were listed on eBay, where they quickly gained traction. As word spread, customers began requesting new types of training equipment, inspiring the continuous expansion of our product line.

Today, Black Widow Training Gear operates from a fully equipped shop, serving customers across the United States. Every piece of equipment we offer is proudly designed, fabricated, and tested in-house to ensure the highest quality. Built from heavy-duty steel and made in the USA, our gear is built to last, no matter how intense the training.
