Lay down on a bench and use this bar for skull crushers; your head will fit comfortably in-between the handles.


Also use the neutral handles for bent over rows, overhead presses.

Great piece of gym equipment. I use it mostly for triceps and biceps workouts. Main reason I purchase this was for the thick grip built in and the versatility. Thank you for the quick shipping!!!

It arrived earlier than expected.  Nicely protected in bubble wrap.

I've used it for 3 workouts already and this thing really activates the forearm muscles and recruits muscles from the top of the hands all the way up through the biceps.  I bought it because my right elbow does not like doing reverse curls at all.  I have been able to get the best hammer curls I've ever done with very little elbow irritation.  

The 2" grip is the real deal.  The welds and paint are top notch.  I intend to order several other BWTG items over the coming months.

This is a belated review, but I feel obliged to do it. I absolutley love the hammer curl bar, especially for rows, they also are quite comfortable for doing high rep zercher squats or good mornings, give them a shot. The finish is very grippy and builds new callouses on the hands. Black Widow also has outstanding customer service, suggesting to put tape on spring collars to make for a snugger fit as clamp on collars will not work without modifications. I just ordered the pipe collars, be sure to order those as well.
