If you are unsatisfied with an item, contact us before giving it too much abuse there will be a charge to have the item re handled and powder coated (Depends on items).

We guarantee our craftsmanship on all of our products so if something is wrong on our behalf, we will take care of it.

**Returns** If an item is damaged during the shipping process contact us and we will arrange a return label. Once the item has been returned to us we will ship out a new product as soon as possible. Returns will be handled on a case by case basis if for other reasons than being damaged.
