The dip handles are great. Very solid, very comfortable and outside of dips, offer a body weight row option as well as a different way to do pushups. They store very easily on my top crossmembers on my half rack, the spider cutout looks sick too. I think the ease of storage for this style as well as offering some other exercise options should be considered for anyone looking for rack dip attachments.
Black Widow training gear is always top notch.

I previously had a dip attachment that attached to just one post on my rack.  This caused a lot of shaking of my rack, actually caused some plates that I had stored on the rack to creep and fall off my rack.  Saw these handles on Black Widow site.   Reviews looked overwhelmingly positive, so I ordered them.  They arrived in about 4 weeks.  They were packaged incredibly well, it took me 15 minutes to get all the bubble wrap off of them.  I was ok with that though because they arrived in pristine condition.  I put them on my rack and tried them out.  They are rock solid!  I knew they would be high quality but they're actually better than I thought they would be, and that's a rarity anymore.  Dean does phenomenal work.

If you love dips then you need these handles. These handles are the best one I've ever used for dips. The width is just right, the knurling is a nice touch. I use these for dips and push-ups and every time I see them I can't help but bust out a set of dips.

Dip handles are heavdy duty and i love the 3" cannon balls that were welded on to ends dip bars..

Order the Dip Handle Attachments, which is hands down one of my favorite pieces of equipment. The Craftmanship and quality are top knotch. This is my second piece of equipment from Black Widow. Love them!!!
