i use the super clever 4 handle revolver row just about every time i do back. its become a staple in my training. its great just the way it is but i also use mine with a set of chain hangers on each side to provide even more progressive loading to my one armed rows. everyone thats used this setup at my gym has raved about how innovative and how effective this piece is. we all feel it the next day, every time we use it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
