Perfect angles that allow you to use different widths in comfort! Reverse grip work is hits brachialis and hands like never before, excellent product once again! I am building a very nice BW collection!

Best curl I've had solid bar. Weights 20lbs feels heavier turns any exercise into forearm exercise. Also had the best customer service responded to every email same day
