I've ordered a few different items from Black Widow during the pandemic time and I've had various experiences. All of the products I've received (cambered bar, spotter arms, and J-cups) have been built very well and I've been pleased with the quality of their products, but the customer service/experience has been less than desirable. The spotter arms and J-cups were both custom and took around two months to receive, which I understand due to the crazy high volume and custom nature of the builds. The tough part has been the delayed/lack of response from Black Widow when I tried to check-in about 6-weeks after I placed the order, and again when I received the wrong size of J-cups. I've emailed and Instagram messaged them twice trying to figure out how to get a refund/the correct size but keep getting either no response or the automated one. I'll update this once I get a response, but until then I have a set of J-cups that I waited months to receive that are completely useless to me.
