Pair of Push Up handles. Using push up handles is more comfortable on your wrists and elbows. You can change the angle your hands are to target different muscles - i.e. neutral hands, angled in or out, straight or reverse grip. Super grip powder coat finish.
Option for regular grip with diameter of 1.32" or thick grip with diameter of 1.9" (the thick grip is the more popular version).

Got these to make push-ups easier while recovering from some tennis elbow, but plan to use them long after. The weight and powder coat are perfect. Fantastic and versatile accessory piece.
Solid construction. Good weight. I'm a big fan of the thick grip. Good price for what seems to be lifetime push-up handles.
