This special tricep attachment has balls welded to the ends so you have a couple more variations to work on your grip. It functions as your regular tricep cable attachment except it has the 2" fat grip instead of the standard skinny 1.25". Can also be used as a close grip row or different curls.

This tricep cable attachment has a finish on it that helps you easily grip the attachment without experiencing any slipping of the hands due to sweating. I definitely recommend adding this to your strength arsenal.
Added this cable attachment to compliment several I already have from BWTG to continue to hammer triceps from all angles. As always, thick grip is preferred and the powder coating is still the best out there.
Of course it is great for pressdowns, but also inverted for clise grip curls
