2.5" Thick Grip Curl Bar will fit any standard rack. Has the curl bar name, however not its only use. Use front zercher squats, will fit nice in the nook of the arm. Strengthen the posterior chain. And different type of presses.
Note: may not fit most olympic collars.

I bought this bar so that bicep training wouldnât seem so boring. So far, mission accomplished. Also, the balance on this thing is perfect. Highly recommended.
Iâve had this bar since summer-fall 2020 and Iâve been nothing but pleased. Iâve been using it for curls, zercher squats, barbell rows and over head press. The over head press is a surprise favorite of mine because the grip angle I use to press helps alleviate some shoulder tension making it less painful than my straight axle bar. Iâd highly recommend it and itâs in my programming rotation often
I purchased this bar primarily for Zercher based movements: squats, lifts and carries. It arrived in a timely manner and my emailed questions regarding the specs of the bar were also addressed and answered without issue.
The one thing I would prefer for doing curls, is a bar with rotating collars which this does not have. However that is a minor issue and after two weeks of use curling, I don't notice it anymore.
For Zerchers, this bar can NOT be beat! I loaded up 225 to test it andy arms felt great. There was no lingering soreness in the arms as I've had with straight bars.
With this bar, my arms holding the bar are no longer the weak point. I have put up to 315 on the bar for Zercher carries and have had no issues, the bar is comfortable and the bar angles fit me very well. Of note, I do not have beefy arms or extra extra padding. I very happy with it and would highly recommend this bar for curls and Zerchers.
