4x3" and 3x2" Pinch Bar

(1) pair of pinch bars - 4x3" and 3x2" will challenge your grip in new ways.
Depending on which way it is flipped, it is either a 3" grip or a 4" wide grip. 3" and 2" on the smaller bar. Use for deadlifts, bent over rows, or rack it on top of your rack as a pull up bar. For olympic sized plates.
