Fits most standard power racks. At least 40" on the inside and 52" on the outside. Options you get with the Swiss Bar:
- Hands pronated: takes the stress off of your shoulders. Adds wrist stabilization. 2 different grips
- Cambered position: allows for deeper pressing movements or deeper rowing movements.
Pictured bare metal, bar will come with the standard black texture powder coating.
Note: Most Olympic sized collars may not fit this bar.

This welds, material and construction of this bar are outstanding and it is light years ahead of the 'Made in China' brands and worth the few extra dollars spent. The design of the bar is compact (the width of handle) enough that it can be used for overhead work, rows, or hammer curls. For benchpress it adds another dimension to my benching work-outs. It fits perfectly in my rack. The only thing I did was smooth the textured finish, where the bar racks and the bar ends for sliding my competition bumper plates on and off a bit smoother, my competition bumpers were manufactured with very tight tolerances. This took about ten minutes and a piece of 180 sandpaper. My regular plates and bumpers have zero issues. I didn't need to smooth the finish down, I am just anal about some things. As well the textured finish provides a good solid grip. Overall I give the bar 5/5 and would definitely purchase it again. All my 2.0" collars work on it also.
I can get great depth on bench press and keep a neutral grip. Great bar, looks good and great function
