5/8" Chain Collars have 6" of loading space. If your chain hole is is smaller than 5/8" then just get a carabiner or clip to attach the chain to the collar peg.
No more piling up the chain in the middle/end of your barbell, hoping that they don't slide off mid set.
Use these as your main collars or connect them to the end. Find the middle link of your chain, slide them on the rod and lift!

These have a real nice finish and are beefy.
These collars accommodate several pairs of chain without much (or any) bending, and make it easy to load chain weight for deadlifts and squats. I grew tired of messing around with a ball of chain on the ground between deadlift sets, and chain links getting stuck under the plates mid-set. The only thing I would suggest is a smoother finish to the bolt head that tightens the collar to the barbell sleeve, but it's really speculation if this has any effect on the chrome/sleeve finish because the collars don't move around if tightened down. I would buy again, and definitely recommend to anyone who likes a good quality product.
These work a lot better draping chain over the bar and keep the chain out of the way of the plates.
I've tried others but these are the best for using chains in my opinion!
I bought the chains from black widow tg and so these collars were an obvious complement. Easy on and off and the the left right movement is minimal.
