This order is for a pair of 20" Spotter Arms, you get a right side and a left side.
Spotter arms are a definitely a necessity if you are doing any heavy lifting on your own.
We recommend you do not drop weight from a height that can damage the Spotter Arms or your bar. UHMW now comes with every set of arms.

My wife and I often lift together, and over the past 4 years we always run into problems with the safety straps inside my Rogue RML-3 obstructing the available position of the safety spotter arms outside the rack.
These spotter arms have been the perfect solution to create two lifting stations with spotter arms inside and outside the shallow (30") RML-3. Well done!
