Been using these for triceps pushdowns and lat pullovers. Once I get a functional trainer I'm sure they will get more use for rear delt work. Solid build quality and the ergonomics of it make it better than other ball shaped attachments
I've owned a lot of cable attachments, shoot I've made a lot of them, and the reason I have is that search for the perfect fit and feel. Trying to create something that just feels natural, well nothing feels quite as natural as this, 10/10 would buy again
