Works great for overhead presses standing sitting or on your knees. Great for front squats also.
Picked this attachment up for some land mine skull crushers. Its perfect. Quality is spot on, and does exactly what I need.
I was looking for a pressing bar for a landmine, but without the bulk of the other viking handle. This straight bar is perfect. As others have pointed out, the build quality is second to none. And, I haven't ever had a piece of equipment packaged so well. My order arrived quickly and in pristine condition. It could not have been a better mail-order experience. I'll buy other products from BW.
