Loadable dumbbell. 2-3/8" grip. Our standard sphere size is 8" diameter which can hold about 12lbs of sand or 80lbs of lead in each sphere. The 12" spheres can hold about 40lbs of sand or 280lbs of lead in each. Pictured is a custom request for a 12" sphere navy blue powder coat, the standard finish will be our Super Grip black.
