This pair of Multi Grip Farmers Walk Handles are a great product for strengthening. Guaranteed to hold as much weight as you can load without bending. The 1.25" and 1.90" diameter handles are great for strengthening your forearm and grip.
Note: Most olympic sized collars may not fit this bar.

I got these for my strength/powerlifting gym. My members, clients, and class participants love these handles. They are well made, and having multiple grips really increases the versatility. If you want your forearms to be on fire use the fat grip! I have gotten several items from Dean and he never ceases to provide high-quality gym equipment at a great price!
The multi grip has standard size and then thick grip. The 1.9 grip really pushed your grip to the test. From the price/construction/how fast I received these I highly recommend all of BWTG products.
