Use for hammer curls, tricep extensions, overhead press, bent over rows. Once loaded up, it is wide enough to rest on a rack between sets. Rack the bar to do inverted rows or high enough for neutral grip pull ups.
Note: most olympic sized collars may not fit this bar.
