I look forward to working up to 200lbs+ single arm rows with this bar! I believe it'll get me there and beyond. Deducted a star because my clamps were loose on one side, but not the other. Could be that my clamps suck(they're cheap), or the bar is asymmetrical. I can't tell visually! Anyway, I found new clamps that work and using the bar is a wonderful experience.

This is a well designed piece of equipment. It is perfect for those who want to be able to perform DB style rows but don't want to pay for an entire dumbell set.
The handle came really well packaged. Better than some of the big shops. The handle is beefy. It's exactly what I expected.
