Another innovative well crafted bar from BW. Great for pressing and back movements, also can hit Bi's with it. Unique design hits muscles and stabilizers from different angles which stimulates the muscle and great for mixing up how muscle groups get hit. Great addition to my specialty bar arsenal
This is the only bar I use for bench press, incline press, and overhead press. Perfect for bent-over rows and standing barbell curls as well. Must have for any home or commercial gym.
