Super solid construction, fun to hold onto the bar as well as the balls, and the grippy powder coat ensures no slipping. I am able to do my favorite cable triceps exercise with this piece - alternating presses holding onto the ball portion.
This is not only good for triceps movements, but also good for row movements holding onto the balls. Nice cable attachment to have.
Mustâve been in stock when I ordered because it was out the door the following morning. Construction is superb as usual. Thick grip feels very comfortable.
I have the the other thickgrip angle cable attachment without balls with the flanged ends very good! two weeks now been using my new thickgrip with balls excellent!!!!
