Does what I would expect a curl bar to do, arrived faster than stated lead times, build quality is nice, 10/10 would buy again. Like a regular bar, but thicker. Always happy to support another jarhead.
This bar is fantastic for bicep and tricep work and I will be using it in many other forms of my training.

I picked up one of these used! Not only can you use this for Zercher squats and curling and JM pressed, but you can use for deadlifts and back rows. You can turn it to the side and the V in the middle of the bar, makes it comfortable for back squats, too! If I hadn't lucked up and bought a used BXTG safety squat bar ( used, of course, but like new) I would have used this for back squats.
This 2ââ¬Â rackable curl bar is my second Black Widow bar. They simply work better in producing results in strength and size gains. As an older strength trainee (58) I appreciate all the different grips and angles the can be used to minimize shoulder discomfort. Doing curls or close grip benches really feel better. Buy a couple of Black Widow bars because life is short.
