3x2" Pinch Bar

This rackable 3"x2" pinch bar will challenge your grip in new ways. Depending on which way it is flipped, it is either a 2" grip or a 3" wide grip. Use for deadlifts, bent over rows, or rack it on top of your rack as a pull up bar. For olympic sized plates.

Note: Most Olympic sized collars may not fit this bar.
