This rackable 4x3" pinch bar will challenge your grip in new ways. Depending on which way it is flipped it is either a 3" grip or a 4" wide grip. Use for deadlifts, bent over rows, or rack it on top of your rack as a pull up bar. For olympic sized plates.
Note: Most Olympic sized collars may not fit this bar.
