This bar exceeded my expectations.
Really nice ball end feature let's you pull and grab at different challenging angles.
Used with carabineer, & straps hooked up to kettlebell for arm curl, add resistance bands. Or use carabineer and resistance band for an varied angle overhead press, at home

Absolutely love this pull down bar. The thicker bar is perfect and makes for a more challenging workout. Also gives my forearms an extra burn. Love using the ball sacs as a neutral grip pull-down and switching up various grips with this bar.
Great piece of equipment and high quality as always. This is my second piece of equipment from BW and I plan to keep getting more.

Heavy duty, like all BW products. Also, best grip on the market. It's a keeper; added it to my cable accessory toy box.
Quality product with lots of uses, powdercoat is excellent and has a grippy texture. I would highly recommend
