This handle is well made and has alot of different uses. You can perform squats, rows, 1 arm viking press, abdominal and trunk work to name a few. Get one.
I've included landmine lifting in one of my workouts for many years. I've always disliked the gripping necessary for LM squatting, but have endured it because of the lift's impact on my quads. Now, thanks to the Bruno bar, the lift feels extremely comfortable and the added gripping comfort has enabled me to add some extra weight to the bar. The bar is a bit pricey, but for serious, long-term lifters it's very, very much worth the cost.
Perfect meadows row set up! Great feeling knurl! Highly recommend!
Awesome tool for the landmine!
Not too bad at all. Took one star off as the handle portion is not plumb. Slightly crooked.
