The 24" BWH—short for Bar With Holes—is exactly that. A 2" diameter, 24-inch long steel bar with precisely spaced holes for carabiner attachments, finished in a tough, textured black powder coat.
Use it to connect one cable into two or two cables into one for creative, asymmetrical, or bilateral movements. Clip onto any hole to customize your handle spacing, or use it on its own as a heavy-duty cable attachment.

Great concept. Great quality. Would definitely order more bars from Black Widow.
I’m using my bar with holes in tandem with a set of 2X6’s and hammock straps to make a reverse hyper in my rack and it’s such a good way to make one without having to shell out a lot of money. In addition to that I use it as a cable attachment and I esp like using black widows ball sac grips with it for pull downs. I got a 36” one and it’s just incredible. Very good for the price and it stores easily.
