Due to the high volume of custom order inquiries, we will be limiting the number of custom orders we accept at any given time. This allows us to maintain accurate lead times and stay on top of production and communication.
To secure a spot in line for a custom order, a $150 fee is required. This fee also represents the minimum custom order amount (shipping not included). If you accept your custom quote, the $150 will be applied toward your final balance. If we are unable to complete your request, or if you choose not to accept the quote, the $150 will be fully refunded.
Please note that custom quotes require time to prepare and often involve multiple emails or phone calls to ensure accuracy. Our priority is keeping production moving, and time spent away from manufacturing slows overall order fulfillment. To help keep things efficient and organized, we will no longer be responding to emails requesting custom quotes. This checkout process will be the only way to request a custom order and helps prevent emails from being lost due to the high volume we receive daily.
We will be adding new custom order spots weekly. If custom orders are listed as “SOLD OUT,” please check back regularly.
The current lead time for custom orders is 14–16 weeks. Once your quote is sent via email, you will have 48 hours to respond. If we do not receive a response within that time frame, your $150 will be refunded and the spot will be offered to the next customer in line.
During checkout, you will find a notes section. This is where all custom order details must be provided. Orders submitted without details will be canceled. We are working to make this process as efficient as possible and are unable to follow up for missing information.
