This thing is the best. Nicely powder coated with diamond end caps. Nice touch. Even the lock nut is steel.. no plastic pieces here! This thing is a Swiss Army knife. Buy it you won’t regret it!

I started my home gym with a lot of pretty budget attachments. I’ve started upgrading to what I consider the next level of equipment and I was looking at the fig jammer for a while but wasn’t sure if I wanted to spend $190 on one attachment. Let me put your mind at ease, just get this. Get some mutant metals handles as well and I’ve used this for hack squats, RDLs, deadlifts, bent over rows, shrugs, Viking press, thrusters, and those are just in the first week of having it. I’m sure I’ll come up with more exercises. If it’s in or just outside your budget, it is completely worth getting.

Very sturdy and does exactly what you need it to do (have a 1" hole upright attached to a landmine. I use it with foam rollers to do hack squats.
