Excellent addition to my home gym. The neutral regular grip feels natural and comfortable for overhead pressing, and the handle spacing gives me a strong, stable pressing position without forcing my wrists or shoulders into an awkward angle. The attachment feels extremely solid under load with essentially no unwanted flex or movement. I especially like having multiple neutral-grip options so I can vary my hand position depending on the movement and training goal. Simple, heavy-duty, and exactly what I wanted from a Viking press attachment. Five stars.
Fantastic. No plastic knobs. Very solid, should last a lifetime or two. I ordered it without knurling and it is perfect.
