The Black Widow VHS is simply fantastic. Well balanced, top quality, love the knurling and perfect weight. Worth every penny and is becoming one of my main bars.

I purchased a VHS bar with the optional knurling (my recommendation is to get this!) and I’m extremely impressed with the quality and feel of working with this bar. Doing overhead push presse s with the neutral grip feels great and a good alternative to a strongman log. Would definately recommend this bar for anyone into strength training.
Such a versatile piece of equipment! I spent a lot of time comparing different specialty bars and weighing the pros and cons, but once I came across the VHS it was an easy decision. Honestly, it feels like all pros and no cons. The variety of movements you can do makes it the perfect addition to any home gym. Highly recommend 👍
