Such a versatile piece of equipment! I spent a lot of time comparing different specialty bars and weighing the pros and cons, but once I came across the VHS it was an easy decision. Honestly, it feels like all pros and no cons. The variety of movements you can do makes it the perfect addition to any home gym. Highly recommend 👍
This bar is fantastic. It has replaced a few other bars for me that I've now taken to my firestation. The knurling is perfect. More on the aggressive side. I'm a wide shouldered guy, and the cut out fits me perfectly. Also, the barbell sits perfectly balanced racked or loaded on the ground and can be lifted from the knurled and non-knurled sides. This is my first purchase from Black widow, but won't be my last.
Just received the bar today and the quality is astounding. Welds are perfect and the knurling I got on it is top notch. Used it for shoulder presses and back rows and it is amazing. Buy it.
VHS bar is another one of Deans incredible designs, I actually use it more than my regular barbell now (it’s great for bench, OH press, and rows). 10/10 would recommend (this is my 7th order from Black Widow and as always blown away by the quality). If you’re reading this… just order the bar you won’t regret it.
